GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The 1-3 league record that Montrose put up in 2010 was a disappointing follow up to four SWL Titles. But with the backbone of Todd Casebier's program being an early morning workout program, he is confident they will return to their prime form.
Casebier has been with the Indians for seven years; in that time his teams have gone 50-28 with four league titles, but he attributes the success to an early morning workout class known as Zero Hour Class.
