GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- The No. 6 Montrose Indians erased a 21-7 halftime deficit to claim a 22-21 road win over Pueblo West on Friday.
The Indians scored on their first possession of the third quarter, then recovered an onside kick, and scored on the ensuing possession. Down 21-20, head coach Todd Casebier went for the two-point conversion and got it.
Montrose (5-0) will host Ponderosa on Friday, September 30th.
