SWL Football preview with The Team's Jim Davis
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- Peyton and the Broncos don't kick off until September 9th for week one of the NFL, so high school football is all the buzz right now.
Jim Davis of The Team, 1340 AM stops by to preview the 2012 season in the SWL, and a bit of the WSL.
Davis believes that Fruita Monument will be the most-improved team from the 2011 season, but he's still picking the Tigers of GJHS to take home the league title.
As for Western Slope League, Davis believes Palisade's Luke McLean will once again carry the Bulldogs this year, and perhaps all the way to a league title.
