GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- Montrose has won the past four meetings against Grand Junction, and the past four Southwestern League titles. There's a good chance that Friday night's winner between the Tigers and Warriors will also emerge as the conference champs.
GJHS (5-1, 1-0) last beat Montrose (4-2, 0-0) in the 4A playoffs in 2005. But they belive that they're finally experienced enough to get past Montrose.
