GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- It took all five sets, but the 18th-ranked Montrose Indians were upset by the Fruita Wildcats on Tuesday.
Fruita won the second and third sets, and then beat the Indians by three points in the final game to seal their second league victory.
Montrose falls to 1-1 in league play.
Other SWL action included the Central Warriors shutting out the GJ Tigers, 3-0.
GJ is 0-2 in league and the Warriors improve to 1-1.
