DALLAS (AP) - Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki says it's "pretty obvious" he's going through a tough time personally after a woman was arrested at his Dallas home.

Nowitzki had little else to say Thursday about the arrest a day earlier of 37-year-old Cristal Taylor. She is being held on a theft of services charge out of Jefferson County in Southeast Texas and a probation violation from St. Charles, MO.

A Dallas County jail official said there is no record of an attorney for Taylor.

The Mavericks trail the Denver Nuggets 2-0 in a second-round playoff series. Game 3 is Saturday.
