GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) It happened Sunday evening around eight o'clock at Highway 6&50 and I-70. Police say a pickup truck was traveling westbound on Highway 6&50. The truck made a left-hand turn onto I-70 westbound. That's when a car traveling easbound on Highway 6&50 t-boned the truck. Two adults in the passenger car were sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The drivers and passengers in the truck were not hospitalized. Drugs and alcohol are not suspected factors in the crash. Police say the driver of the truck will be cited. Both cars were totaled.
