The National Weather Service reports five to ten inches of snowfall overnight in some places in the high country.
I snapped these shots on my cell phone yesterday evening while driving up to Land's End on the Mesa.
A hard lesson learned...don't drive off of the main road! My friend's and I got the car stuck in the snow and had to hike 35 minutes during a snowstorm out to the main road to get a ride back to town.
Be careful if you're headed up there and don't try to take on the mountain without four wheel drive.
