Officials at the Center for Disease Control say adults need regular vaccine check–ups just like kids do.

Adults who never had Chickenpox should get a Varicella vaccine, and all adults over age 60 need a Shingles vaccine. It's recommended women under the age of 26 get the HPV vaccine, and people traveling outside the U.S. need to get vaccinated against Hepatitis A.

People with chronic disorders of the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems should get both the Flu and Pneumonia vaccine.
