Mesa County Sheriff's deputies arrested 25 year old Earl Dean Raff Jr. Thursday night after a nearly three week investigation.

Investigators were tipped off by a member of Raff's church, who called the Sheriff's Office and said two young teenage girls had been sexually abused.

According to an arrest affidavit, the abuse had been going on for seven months.

Raff is facing nearly two dozen charges including ten counts of sexual assault on a child, and ten counts of sexual assault on a child with a pattern of abuse.

Raff was arrested at his home on Bing St just after 8:30pm.
