A man killed Sunday night in rollover accident on Interstate-70 had been reported to troopers as a drunk driver just three minutes before he died.
The accident happened near Exit 221. According to the Colorado State Patrol, the driver was headed west bound when he went off the road, over corrected and then rolled twice across the highway and was ejected.
He was pronounced dead on scene. Officials say alcohol was a factor. The victim in the crash is a Mexican National and state patrol is having a hard time finding his family. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
