A stick figure drawing gets a second grader suspened from a New Jersey school.

7 year old Kyle Walker drew a stick figure picture, of him shooting at his friend, David, with a watergun. David's parents turned it over to Dennis Township Primary school officials. The school says it constitutes a threat and violates their zero tolerance violence policy. Kyle's mother says the school is overreacting.

Kyle was suspended for one day, and is now back in school.
