University of Florida police have been cleared in the use of a stun gun against a student at a John Kerry event on campus.
UF student Andrew Meyer was taken down with a taser after he refused to leave the microphone after asking Senator Kerry a question.
Some said police overreacted when they used the stun gun on Meyer.
But after an investigation, the Florida department of law enforcement said the officers were justified. Meyer's attorney had no comment on the findings.
