Wednesday morning, 28 suspects in the deadly 2004 Madrid train bombings have been found guilty of murder and other charges.
On March 11th, 2004, 10 bombs exploded on packed commuter trains in Madrid killing 191 people. 18,000 more people were hurt.
The verdicts follow nearly 5 months of testimony and a maze of arguments by more than 40 attorneys. The 8 primary suspects face multiple sentences which could total thousands of years in prison for each of them.
