Man Settles Lawsuit for Rockies Tickets he Never Bought

The Colorado Rockies have settled a lawsuit with a man who demanded money for tickets he never bought.

Jeff Sobieck filed the suit last week after the online ticket debacle. He asked for cash for World Series tickets he missed buying, plus the money he could have made by reselling them.

Sobieck's lawsuit asked for $18,000 saying the market value of each ticket was at least $1,500.

The amount of the settlement wasn't disclosed.
