Designer Creates Stalker-Repellent Clothing

A Japanese fashion designer has come up with a dress to help protect women who are being stalked or chased.

Aya Tsukioka demonstrated her design recently in Tokyo. It may look like any other skirt, but when it's unfolded, the woman is hidden behind a piece of fabric. That fabric looks like a Coca–Cola vending machine.

There's also a version that can hide more than one person. The designer has also created a hand bag that looks like a manhole cover.

This way, if a woman thinks she is being followed, she can spread it out on the street. And hopefully the would–be bad guy won't even notice the valuables laying on the ground.
