The Grand Junction Police Department and the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office have tied several sexual assault cases to one suspect.

The incidents all occurred between 30 Road and 32 Road, and South of the I-70 Business Loop and North of the Colorado River.

The cases involve the suspect entering unsecured homes in the early morning hours and sexually assaulting young teenage girls in the homes.

The suspect is described as a 16 to 25 year old White or Hispanic male, around 6 ft tall with a thin build, usually wearing dark clothing.

Investigators ask the public to be sure to secure their homes, report any suspicious activity, and to be on the lookout for anyone unfamiliar lurking around their neighborhood.
