Denver (AP) Four people were killed Sunday in two
shootings, one in Colorado Springs and one in Arvada.

A gunman killed two staff members at a missionary training
center early Sunday in Arvada after being told he couldn't spend the
night. Police said that about 12 hours later, a gunman fatally shot
a person at a mega-church in Colorado Springs before a guard killed
him.

Colorado Springs Police Chief Richard Myers said the gunman in
the shootings at the new life church was shot and killed by a
church security guard.

Senior Pastor Brady Boyd said a church member died of wounds
inflicted by the gunman in Colorado Springs. Two others two others
were shot and wounded.

Authorities in Arvada said no one had been captured in the
shootings there.
