Fire On The White House Grounds


Fire erupted this morning at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building near the White House.

Investigators are working to determine what caused the fire.

The smoke appeared to come from an electrical closet on the second floor. Vice President Cheney's ceremonial office was damaged by smoke and water from fire hoses

At this time, it's not clear what caused the fire. According to the White House, the entire building was evacuated and no injuries were reported. The White House was not evacuated.
