A Pueblo man is sentenced to probation Friday after he was caught in an internet sex sting by the Mesa County Sheriff's Office last March.
Last year, 49-year-old Daniel Erd pleaded guilty to charges of internet sex exploitation, a felony.
Friday morning a judge sentenced him to ten years intensive sex offender probation. He will be required to register as a sex offender and will have to take classes.
He is not allowed to have contact with any children under the age of 18, including his own, until he receives treatment.
Erd is not allowed to use the internet without permission.
During his sentencing, Erd promised to reform his ways.
