Jury selection is underway for the Sam Lincoln attempted murder trial.
The Mesa County Court sent out four hundred summonses for his second trial. Lincoln was convicted of attempted murder last month for the November 2005 shooting of James Finnigan.
This trial is to determine whether he's guilty of firing at deputies during a police chase one month after the shooting of Finnigan.
Right now attorneys from both sides are questioning the potential jurors to determine who they will choose for the trial.
