The big cat exhibit at the San Francisco zoo is now open with newly installed surveillance cameras around it.

Visitors to the zoo are once again able to watch tigers and lions in their enclosure with some new safety features added.

The big cat cave now has higher walls and glass barriers with electrified wires that are supposed to prevent another animal escape.

It's been about two months since a 350–pound siberian tiger escaped from the exhibit and attacked three people on christmas. It killed 17 year old Carlos Souza.

Police shot and killed the tiger after the attack.
