Thursday night The Mesa County Planning Commission votes to recommend a plan that would give part of Clifton a face lift.
Developers hope to remodel F Road into "Old Town Clifton", a community center where citizens can have a downtown experience.
Tonight they made their pitch to the planning commission at the Old Mesa County Courthouse.
The county has 4.5 Million dollars set aside to pay for the development.
The issue will now go before Mesa County Commissioners for final approval on March 24th.
