Some enterprise zone boundaries in Mesa County have been extended in certain areas.

Businesses in the enterprise zone’s are eligible to claim Colorado tax credits for creation of new jobs, job training, capital expenditures, and employer sponsored health insurance.

Boundaries are on North Avenue from 1st street to the I–70 business loop at 30 Road. In Fruita the boundary was expanded to include downtown areas.
