Colorado's oil and gas workers are rallying against what they fear will be an over regulation of the industry.

Roughly 300 workers showed up at the capitol this morning saying over regulation could push some of their jobs to neighboring states like New Mexico, Kansas or Wyoming.

They say they too care about Colorado’s water, wildlife and air, but that the state's economy can't handle losing any jobs right now.

Governor Ritter said final rules will be released at the end of the month and that the industry's opinions will be reflected, he thinks there is a way to benefit both the industry and the environment.
