Washington (AP) Democrats Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are campaigning in Pennsylvania again today ahead of the keystone state's April 22nd presidential primary.
Clinton is accusing Obama and his supporters of trying to stop people from voting because some of his backers are calling for her to drop out of the race. The former first lady says her campaign will press on. She's told reporters in states that still have
primaries and caucuses coming up that Obama's backers “don't want people to keep voting.”
An Obama spokesman calls the assertion “completely laughable.” Obama himself says the ongoing primary battle is “a struggle” but adds he thinks it's a good process that will strengthen the party in the long run.
Presumed GOP nominee John McCain has a town-hall meeting planned today in Virginia.
