Three of the wells are in Mesa County and the company wants your comments on the proposals. Mel Lloyd of the Bureau of Land Management says, "That's what we are launching right now is the publics input to help us begin that process of determining do we go forward with this, or is there good reason to not do it."

Two proposed wells are in the Homere Deep Field, South of Dry Fork Road about 6 miles Northwest of De Beque. Three proposed wells are West of De Beque Cutoff Road, and two well are 14 miles West of De Beque.
