New Orleans (AP) A Louisiana supreme court ruling is being hailed as a major victory for insurance companies in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

The court finds an insurer doesn't have to pay for water damage following the failure of New Orleans-area levees
after the storm. It reverses a state appeals court decision that favored a New Orleans property owner.
