Amstetten, Austria (AP) Austrian police say a man has confessed to imprisoning his daughter for 24 years and fathering seven children with her.
Police say the man kept his daughter, now 42, in a windowless cell in the basement of his home.
earlier today, authorities released photos of the cell showing the thick soundproofed door leading to it.
Police official Franz Polzer says the suspect, now 73, also told investigators that he tossed the body of one of the children in an incinerator after the child died.
The daughter had been missing since 1984. She was found by police in the town of Amstetten on Saturday evening after police received a tip.
