Phillip James Marshall was booked into the Mesa County jail on at least three charges of first degree arson over the weekend.

It is not clear whether this person is the serial arsonist Police have been looking for.

Police had set up a task force and special tip line to try and catch a man shown on a surveillance tape lighting one of the fires.

Police say the man in caught on tape is the man responsible for setting more than 16 fires in the past few months.

11 News has exclusive video of Marshall being arrested. Tune into 11 News Today at noon and 11 News at 5:30 to see it.

kkco, can't you hire a weather/newswoman who can speak one sentence without mistake? The other two women are fine, but the sometimes weather/newsgirl is completely awful!
