COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- A burglar apparently shot and killed two people inside a Colorado Springs home before he fled.
Colorado Springs police say they believe a burglar was inside a home Monday when the residents returned home. Authorities say there was a confrontation and both residents were shot dead.
Police searched the neighborhood with tracking dogs after the bodies were discovered. They were called to the neighborhood on a call of gunfire.
