Two juveniles involved in the gun incident at Fruita Middle School last year have waived their rights to a preliminary hearing. They are now waiting to be arraigned. Aaron Dicamillo, 14, and Ricky Johnson, 15, appeared before Judge Amanda Bailey, Monday.
They are accused of bringing guns into the middle school in November. There was also a hit list found with other students names on it. Both are scheduled to be arraigned on January 20th.
The other four boys involved in the incident are being tried as juveniles, so little information is being released on their cases at this time.
