Gray Television Group Incorporated has announced the promotion of Dana McDonald to General Manager of KKCO-TV/NBC11 effective April 1st, 2005. Robert Prather, President and C.O.O. of Gray Television, said the corporation is happy to promote from within the current staff at KKCO.
McDonald is a long time resident of Grand Junction, and has been with KKCO-TV since its inception in 1996 serving as an Account Executive. Since that time 11 News Colorado has become the #1 rated newscast on the Western Slope and the dominate electronic news organization in the region.
Gray Television Group Inc. purchased KKCO-TV effective February 1st, 2005.
