Converted Colorado Lottery Terminals Causing Problems Statewide

New lottery terminals are in place at retail establishments across the state, but the new digital technology still has a few glitches that need to be worked out. 1,500 Colorado Lottery retailers converted to new more advanced software on Monday, but the Colorado Lottery is finding they have some problems.

Wednesday, the terminals had been working sporadically, but when they did work, they froze up. This made the process slow, and at times nearly impossible, Colorado State Lottery officials say they're working to correct the problem, and want lottery lovers to know if you had a ticket, it was valid.

Wednesday's Powerball jackpot was at an estimated $72 million.
