Non-profit Seeks Businesses To Build On Vacant Land
A non–profit organization is developing a 10 acre parcel of land. If you are an entrepreneur or have a business that's looking to expand or relocate, it may be the spot for you. The Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce and its sister organization
Industrial Developments Incorporated or IDI holds property for primary business locations and existing business expansion. Currently the organization owns three potential sites. The organization is developing a 10 acre parcel of land into 5 lots. The site is located north of 3D systems near the airport. If you're interested in acquiring one of the sites IDI owns contact the Chamber of Commerce.
