The Mesa County Sheriff's Office arrested a Grand Junction man Friday for allegedly stalking a co–worker at a local real estate office. 50-year-old Peter Ellinwood was arrested late Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the victim, a former girlfriend, had reported over the past few months that Ellinwood stalked her and defaced personal property. The real estate company cooperated with authorities and provided surveillance video of an alleged criminal act by Ellinwood on company property.
He faces charges of felony stalking, felony criminal mischief, criminal libel, domestic violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
