Western Slope Sprint Customers Lose Service

Thousands of Sprint customers were cut off for several hours after a service line broke on Monday. According to a Sprint representative, the underground line which connects to all cellphone towers was severed around 3:00 p.m. in Castle Rock.

It interupted service for the entire Western Slope. The cause of the line break is still unknown and service was restored early Tuesday morning.

The Sprint representative adds that any customers who accrued roaming charges during the interuption will be compensated.
