A major communications strike in Colorado is on hold at least for now. Qwest Communications and its largest union continued talks past their midnight deadline in Denver Sunday. That temporarily averted a strike involving 25–thousand workers in 13 states. All of whom are members of the Communications Workers of America. Among the major sticking points; overtime, health–care, and retirement.
