Suspected Drunk Driver Flees from Grand Junction Police
A suspected drunk driver flees the scene of an accident and eludes police for more than two hours. Just after midnight 35– year–old Kendal Osenbaugh allegedly went to a friends house to barrow a boat. He was asked several times to leave but managed to drive away in his pick–up truck with the boat in tow when the Grand Junction man tried to turn right off of 27 Road onto G and a Half he crashed into a brick wall. Osenbaugh then continued on G and a half road until crashing again this time into a wood and brick fence. After hiding from Grand Junction police for more than two hours Osenbaugh was arrested and faces numerous charges including driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to report an accident and criminal mischief.
