12 Pounds of Meth Confiscated in Grand Junction Arrest

A total 12 pounds of methamphetamine were confiscated in a recent arrest in Mesa County. A brother and sister from Denver were arrested in front of the Wal–Mart on Highway 6 & 50 in Grand Junction on Tuesday. Benjamin Siguenza– Mendoza, Ruth Siguenza – Mendoza along with Maria Del Rosario were taken into custody after allegedly trying to deliver the meth to an undercover officer. There was also a three year old girl at the scene. Officials believe the meth was intended to supply local dealers and meth users in Grand Junction. The arrest was a collaborative effort between local law authorities and the D.E.A.
