Charges were officially filed Friday against a man charged with the shooting death of a Grand Junction man several weeks ago.
Eric Snyder was in front of Judge David Bottger at the Mesa County Justice Center. Several charges were filed, including 2 counts of murder after deliberation, which is a class 1 felony.
Also, assault with a deadly weapon.
Snyder admitted to shooting Grand Junction resident Lindsay Little last month during an attempted robbery. Little initially survived the incident, but later died as a result of his injuries.
Snyder will be back in court in January for a preliminary hearing.
