Mesa County and area churches are teaming up to form a new and innovative partnership aimed at helping the needy. The Benevolent Community Partnership is faith–based and is designed to fill the gaps left by non–profit organizations, government entities, and human service providers when it comes to addressing problems within our social and economic environment. The Benevolent Community Partnership Summit, "pooling our resources–filling the gaps" will be held October 6th at Grand Junction's city hall auditorium from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.
