After searching for about five hours Mesa County Search and Rescue crews find three mountain bikers that went missing around 5 o'clock Saturday. The lost cyclists were found shortly after 10 P.M. north of Ffruita near the bookcliffs on a system of BLM trails. The group had parked their car on 18 road and headed toward the top of the bookcliffs on "Edge Trail." When the weather got bad one of the riders called for help on a cell phone that could only call 911. The three bikers, two men and one woman, all adults, told dispatchers they were not equipped with winter gear and had only a little bit of water. Two BLM rangers equipped with a motorcycle and an ATV helped 14 search and rescue members find the missing cyclists.
