U.S. Senator Wayne Allard, R-Colorado, says he's secured more than $150 million in mass transit funding for the state. The funding will go toward the light rail lines in Denver, the West Corridor light rail line and bus and bus facilities.
About $60 million is set asisde for formula funding, which can be spent at the discretion of the state.
