However, Grand Junction police caught up with the suspects dring a shoplifting incident at K–mart in Grand Junction.

Although the investigation is on–going, according to police officials one of the suspects was arrested without incident in the K–mart parking lot on North Avenue. However, the second suspect managed to flee the scene into a nearby neighborhood.
Police surrounded the man and had to Taze the suspect after an attempted assault on an officer.
