A wanted man turned himself into the Mesa County Sheriff's Office Monday afternoon. 19–year–old Gary Valentino Ortiz was wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting of Lindsey Little on October 15th near 10th Street and Belford Avenue.
Ortiz faces charges of complicity to commit attempted first degree murder, assault and robbery. His bond is set at $150,000.
22-year-old Eric Snyder and 24-year-old Bretrina Aguayo were also arrested this past week for their involvement in the shooting.
All three are expected in court later this week.
