The first flu clinics open to all Mesa County residents will be held this Friday. Previous clinics this fall have focused on the elderly, young and ill. This Friday's clinic is scheduled for 9:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Park Barn off 12th Street.
There will also be a drive–through area for those who are disabled. Cost for the flu shot is $22 and can be billed to Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Medicare and Medicaid.
The last flu clinics scheduled for this year will be held on Saturday, November 5th at Fruita Monument High School and the Community Services Building in Grand Junction.
