Authorities believe the inmate who walked away from a minimum security prison in Delta County Saturday morning is still in the state of Colorado. Robert Horn has two forgery convictions out of Jefferson and Adams Counties.
He is a 42-year-old white male, 5" 11" and weighs 195 pounds. He has blue eyes, close–cut brown hair, a mustache and goatee.
Police say he should be considered dangerous.
The Colorado Department of Corrections is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to his apprehension.
