Christopher Wieberg, the man suspected of killing a man in an early morning shooting Tuesday, October 25th in Fruitvale, has been arrested. Sometime around 3 AM this morning Sheriff Deputies received a tip that Christopher Wieberg was in a trailer, located at 2910 North Avenue, with two or three other people. Wieberg was believed to have weapons inside the trailer. Sheriff Deputies and the Swat team surrounded the trailer and all homes in the area were evacuated to Peachtree Hardware. Administrators at Bookcliff Middle School were informed of the situation but did not activate a lock down. Wieberg was taken into custody just a little before 9:30 AM today.
