Steamboat Springs (AP) About 150 high school students in Steamboat Springs walked out of classes this week to protest a graduation requirement.
The students, mostly seniors, say the Senior Odyssey Program, is too focused on students who are college–bound and have a set plan for their future. Some also think it keeps seniors from taking more advanced–placement classes.
The school principal says the graduation requirements are underreview but the Odyssey Program is a done deal for this year.
